Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return if:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
• The original packaging is intact
• The item is not listed as non-returnable (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Undergarments and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Custom-ordered or personalised items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info.noblewear9560@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Our delivery partner will collect the item from your address at no charge

Refund Process

• For COD orders: Refunds are processed to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS within 7-10 business days of us receiving the returned item
• Refunds for online payments (when available) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email us at info.noblewear9560@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange for.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund on priority.
